This is a digitized quilting design set by Tammy Oberlin. There are 4 patterns included to quilt a Modern Rings block or one with similar shapes, as shown in the images.  3084 is the main block pattern and the 3 melon patterns are options to use.  One is a block and the others are point to point.  (One melon is an example of echoed lines.)  Click on images above to see designs that are included.  The first image shows options of how they are intended to be used.
